This wonderful wine is just as charming as the story behind it. Orange aperitivo aromas set the scene for a wine that's savoury and rustic, with dried herbal notes and woodsy sweet spices. In the closing scene, delicate tannins crumble on the tongue.
Aromas recalling flinty mineral, pressed rose, hay and crushed thyme shape the delicate nose. Made with organically grown grapes, the light-bodied, understated palate recalls dried cherry, fennel seed and peppercorn before a pleasantly bitter close. Chalky tannins leave drying close.
