Yeringberg Rose 2024
All grapes from our 1999 plantings and purposefully selected for Rosé. The Shiraz was pressed as bunches. The Cabernet grapes were destemmed and crushed, then pressed very gently. Fermented separately in stainless steel, then aged in old oak barrels for 6 months.
It’s a blend of 69% Cabernet Sauvignon and 31% shiraz. Bottled in September 2024. 13% alc. – Sandra de Pury
A blend of 69/31% cabernet sauvignon/shiraz, both from ’99 plantings. A light, bright salmon pink. Highly perfumed aromas of summer red fruits, tangerine and blood oranges together with light savoury and floral notes. The palate is dry, silky textured and lithe, finishing orange pithy and long.
