Yeringberg Chardonnay 2022
This is a wine that beautifully balances boldness and freshness, truly showcasing the versatility of Chardonnay. Hand-picked from hillside blocks of vines dating back to 1974 and 1981, this single-vineyard beauty is crafted with care and precision. After the whole-bunch pressing, the juice is gently fermented in French oak barrels, with 30% of them being new oak. The result? A rich, complex wine with a creamy texture and layered flavours of stone fruit, citrus, and a hint of toasted almond. With careful ageing on its lees, it develops a beautifully balanced mouthfeel and a long, satisfying finish.

Attractive scents of ripe stone fruits, lemon confiture, honey and hazelnuts that are echoed on the flavourful, silky, gently viscous and long palate.
