A thoughtfully crafted single malt that continues to channel fruitful flavours with glimpses of peat smoke and sea salt. American oak leads the conversation on the palate whilst European oak and refill wood character entwine, together they deliver delicate moments of vanilla and warming spice.
Sweet vanilla leads to citrus fruit and peat smoke. Ginger and nutmeg follow with glimpses of sea salt and maturing oak to give a slightly fruity and softly peated finish.
