Partial whole bunch fermentation added complexity prior to eighteen months of maturation in 35% new and older French Oak barrels. Complex, rich aromas of dark chocolate, plum and spice compliment the dense palate of fresh blackberry, star anise and white pepper flavours. A powerful but seamlessly balanced cool climate Shiraz with lingering, leathery tannins.
