Leading with a pale straw hue, which is complimented by flickerings of gold. The wine initially expresses delicate citrus aromas of Meyer lemon and lime zest. Granny smith apple, apple peel, freshly grated ginger and citrus blossom dance alongside mineral undertones. The wine shows restraint yet, complexity across multiple aroma clusters.
On the palate the wine is driven by acidity that takes the shape of lime juice and pink grapefruit. The wine sits lightly on the palate with green kiwi, granny smith and lime blossom all weaving their way along the tongue. The wine finishes with an ever-delicate salted note, with the grapes hallmark acidity curbed by freshly peeled apple skin and complimented by a slatey texture.
