Sandman Clarendon Grenache 2021
Nick Stock Sandman wines, particularly the Sandman Grenache, are known for their natural winemaking practices, using biodynamically farmed grapes and minimal additions. The Grenache, sourced from bush vines in McLaren Vale, is matured in large format neutral French oak. Some of Nick Stock's other wines include Seeing Into The Fire Syrah and So Fresh So Clean Pinot blends. The Sandman Grenache is often described as having a concentrated palate, with notes of lolly, raspberry, and spice.
