Sourced from carefully selected vineyard parcels from Auxerrois and Mâconnais. The wine highlights purity of fruit, freshness, and a touch of mineral depth. Fermented and matured traditionally, it balances accessibility with authentic Burgundian character. Produced in larger volumes compared to cru-level wines, it represents excellent value for those seeking everyday white Burgundy with artisanal pedigree. The grapes are harvested by hand, then pressed in the pneumatic press, and undergo fermentation in small stainless steel tanks.
