Simon Caica keeps it pretty classic, continuing the work of other South Aussies putting a local stamp on the style in recent years. This sits right in the heart of the smashable-savourable Venn diagram.
The S Caica Cinsault 2025 is a delicate, perfumed, and vibrant light red with aromas of dried cherry, rose, strawberry, and rosehip tea, complemented by subtle spice, graphite, and a fine, dusty texture.
