Rhum JM Rhum Agricole V.S.O.P 700ml
Patiently aged for a minimum of four years before being bottled in Martinique. The Rhum spends three years in re-charred Bourbon barrels and then is transferred to new American oak barrels for at least one more year before it is ready to be bottled
Nose: Exotic fruit notes are dominant in the initial impression (lychee, mango, flambeed banana). The aromatic palette reveals a hint of quince conserve while enhancing the delicate aroma of vanilla bean and a mellow woody undertone.
Palate: Exotic fruit recalls the aromatic notes of this rum, which are heightened on the palate by sweet spices like vanilla and cinnamon. The sweetness of gingerbread and floral honey mingles with slightly smoky roasted and woody notes. The texture is structure and even, with a good balance between the different aromatic notes.
Finish: The finish is structured and harmonious, with a nice balance between all the notes of the nose and palate.
