The 2021 Siebeldingen Vom Muschelkalk Riesling trocken is pure, fresh and spicy on the intense and pretty complex nose. Lush and salty-savory on the palate, this is a dense, refreshing and mineral, even chalky Riesling from younger vines in the Grosse Lage Im Sonnenschein. The finish is enormously saline but also textured and provided with fine tannins. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork.
