Raymond Ragnaud VS Selection is a young eaux-de-vie which enchants with its freshness and vivacity. A blend of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie aged for a minimum of four years - so equivalent to a VS. Deep gold. Opens shy but builds with dried fig and apricot aromas, further accented after 2-3 minutes exposure. Now riper with sweet grapes, pear flan, light cocoa, delicate pepper and cigar box. Light bodied; fig, apricot, a little nectarine, spice and balsa wood.
