Peramangk country: Gewurztraminer- Protero Vineyard, Gumeracha. Riesling – Kenton Creek Vineyard, Gumeracha. Sauvignon – Blefarri Vineyard, Carey Gully.
The Gewurztraminer was settled as juice and fermented to dryness. The Riesling and Sauvignon were blended as juice and fermented leaving 15 g/l residual sugar. Both parcels blended on yeast lees and left to settle in tank. Racked once. No adjustments necessary. Residual sugar at bottling 5.9 g/L
