A limited edition, Australian exclusive molasses-based pot-still rum from Beenleigh Artisan Distillers in Queensland.
Aged for eleven years in Bourbon wood followed by twelve months in a Ferrand cognac cask, the rum received a final four months finishing in a Palo Cortado Sherry cask. One barrel only. 45.2%.
