As a cognac craftsman, Paul Giraud himself takes great care over every stage in the long process of making his excellent cognacs: hand-picking, distillation with pearl-cutting, slow ageing in humid cellars and careful selection of the best eaux-de-vie.
The youngest expression in the range, the VS is, while approachable, dripping with personality and an impressive length.
