Patrick Piuze Non Dose Blanc De Blanc NV
100% Chardonnay methode traditionelle Blanc de Blancs NV. Made in collaboration with the Champagne House Mondard Diligent, this sparkling wine comes from vineyards located in Burgundy (but under the "Vin De France" appellation). The vines are 25+ year old and planted on a limestone and early soil from the village of Tonnerre (10km from Chablis). All the grapes are hand-picked as usual with Patrick Piuze. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tank and then spends 9 months on lees. Extra-brut dosage 1.2g/L.
