Matured for 3 to 6 years in French oak and developed as a mixing brandy, the result is a high class Eaux-de-vie sporting a weight and complexity that belies it's youth. Mellow almond and cinnamon aromas, plus a hint of carnation tease the nose. Delicate sparks of allspice and white pepper open the first sips before a considerably lengthy finish.
