Nixta Licor de Elote Corn Liqueur 750ml
The liqueur that has quickly become a staff favourite, Nixta Licor de Elote is a Mexican corn liqueur crafted from ancestral Cacahuazintle maize, a tender heirloom corn variety. It is produced using the traditional nixtamalization process, which involves soaking the corn in an alkaline solution to unlock deep flavors, resulting in a liqueur with notes of buttered popcorn, caramel, and spice. The liqueur is versatile and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or used to add a unique twist to a wide range of cocktails.
