With parcels of fruit harvested from the most exposed part of a warmer Adelaide Hills vineyard, this cool-climate Shiraz has a harmonious equilibrium between fruit, oak and tannin. With soft flavours of mint, blackcurrant and plum, this flavourful wine has serious longevity.
