Morrison Carn Mor Fettercairn 10yo Single Malt 700ml - Tokaji Finish
The Carn Mor Strictly Limited range of Scotch Whisky from the Family-owned Independent Bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a collection of Scotch whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. What makes the whiskies so special is that all the whiskies are non-chill-filtered to keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic authentic and non-doctored flavour in the bottle. As real as it gets.
This 10 year old scotch whisky was distilled in 2012 at the Highland Fettercairn distillery before maturing in re-fill ex-Bourbon Barrels before a finish in Hungarian ex-Tokaji wine casks.. Prior to bottling the whisky was vatted and proofed back to 47.5%ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 900 bottles were produced.
Expect freshly toasted granola, served with ripe apricots and drizzled with syrup.
