The 1er Cru Forets from Moreau-Naudet represents some of the highest quality fruit the domaine deals with. The late Stephane Moreau even dubbed Forets "one of the greatest terroirs of Chablis". This small plot, just under two hectares, produces seriously high-quality Chablis; effortless, pure and mouth-wateringly saline. It's a lofty, detailed expression of Chardonnay with an intense core of minerality and will age exceptionally well.
