100% Chardonnay sourced from Piccadilly Valley - this is hand disgorged to order for us after spending 6 years on lees. Phenomenally textured with a core of rich decadent orchard fruit, this is first class Adelaide Hills sparkling. Powerful and mineral it is an excellent look at the potential for long term lees ageing from great vintages such as 2017.
