Michel Couvreur Alba Chapter II Single Malt 500ml
This new Alba Chapter II cuvée marks a first for Michel Couvreur with the aging of an Irish distillate in triple distillation. It turns out to be less spicy, all in delicacy and finesse, under the influence of aging in Malaga casks (Malaga is a natural or syrupy sweet wine produced in the region of Malaga in Andalusia).
Even if at first its finesse and its fragility let appear a light whiskey, it is very persistent. With a very floral aromatic resonance, citrus, which persists by offering a very elegant rancio. Bottled at natural degrees of 45.5%
