Mewstone Pinot Noir 2023
Grapes grown at Mewstone vineyard were hand picked on the 9th and 19th of April at an average of 12.5 baume. They were naturally fermented with 25 percent whole bunch (this varied across the ferments, from zero to 55%). They received minimal pumpovers before being pressed after 21 days. They were matured in french oak (35% new) for ten months. 3096 bottles produced without fining or filtration
