"It’s a shiraz rose that gets barrel fermented. It’s kinda fancy. I didn’t see a Rivar Ferguson-Mayer rose from 2020 so this must be something new, perhaps. Pale looking thing but with vibrancy in that rosy glint. Raspberries and light cream, vanilla whiffs, sage leaf. Things are happening in the palate, more creaminess, raspberry again, lighter than expected but with excellent glide and general sense of freshness. Please all comers style.
