More transparent high toned red fruits than the Trilogie, just pure bright cherry and cranberry with that lovely, vibrant freshness that Cinsault can show, that slightly herbaceous spice in the background. Electric palate, just precise, clear red hues, moving to slightly darker fruit, with iron and spice, but this core of electric, driven acidity that melds into swathes of mouth-coating, fine, powdery tannin. Oh boy, what a drink!
