Le Petit Cochonnet Pinot Noir Pays D'OC 2022
Made from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from different vineyards across ‘Pays d’Oc’ in Languedoc-Roussillon, grown on argilo-calcareous soils. Winemaking is clean and straightforward, cold maceration before fermentation and traditional vinification.
Lifted raspberry, almost amaro/campari like brightness and energy - great depth and immediate pinosity, undergrowth and moving through to red, cracking earth topped with strawberry compote and wood spice. Excellent value Pinot!
