The grapes are picked by hand with great respect for the environment. The philosophy of the domain is to “compose” wines in connection with the soil type, the topography, the grape varieties and the microbial life of the soils i.e. making wines by combining what nature has to offer with the winegrower’s personality. The wines of La Cadette represent a brand which groups together two estates: La Cadette, Montanet Thoden and a vinification business: La Soeur Cadette.
A Low sulphur Chardonnay from the rare north western burgundy appellation Vezelay. Clover honey, white currants, cream and yoghurt, cooked apples. Balanced acidity. Super fresh!
