A wilder edge to the wine in that it lifts on a fino-like saline character amongst green apple, under ripe pineapple, lime and the expected blast of talc/chalk minerality. Pumice stone texture cupping the juicier fruit elements, long, potent finish with a sense of multi-dimension and excellent persistence of minerally flavours.
