Source from 1979 plantings of the Geisenheim 198 clone in the Polish Hill River - 450m above sea level. Chill pressed, with only free run juice utilised, this is fermented on light fluffy lees with neutral yeasts. Beautifully lifted with notes of bath salt, chalk and lime blossom this straddles a beautiful tight rope of tension and texture. '23 Rieslings from the Clare are looking sensational at the moment and this is one of the better releases we've seen!
