Kenny Wine Lenswood Pinot Noir 2023
Classic Adelaide Hills Pinot - decidedly darker with great wood spice and florals. Really well put together! This wine is handpicked from three clones fermented separately (Clones 114 & 115) then cold soaked for 9 days. Clone 777: 9 day carbonic maceration. 30% whole bunch. Spontaneous fermented and left 20 days on skins, before being basket pressed into aged French oak for 9 months. Bottled with no fining, or filtration.
