Kanosuke Single Malt Japanese Whisky 700ml
Established in 2017, Kanosuke Distillery is a beachfront Japanese whisky producer located in Kagoshima Prefecture on the island of Kyushu. It is owned by Komasa Jyozo, a historic shochu maker founded in 1883. The distillery is renowned for its coastal maturation process and the use of three unique pot stills, which allow for a wide range of flavor profiles.
Using undiluted whisky matured in re-charred shochu casks as a base, multiple whiskies are carefully vatted from a diverse array of casks.
Clear Golden amber in colour, with honey, banana, lemon tea and caramel on the nose. Candied quince and cinnamon emerge on the palate alongside ginger and a gentle smoked nuttiness. Pure elegance on the finish.
