Jean Philippe Fichet Bourgogne Aligote 2021
Bourgogne Aligoté 2021 is a French fine wine produced by the Domaine Jean Philippe Fichet. Produced from 100% Aligoté grapes, the second grape variety for diffusion in Burgundy after Chardonnay, it has been overshadowed for years because it with less yield and more suffering to the wooden passages, is actually endowed with good acidity and capable to create interesting wines with excellent value for money, such as the case of this Bourgogne Aligoté by Fichet: a wine of great balance, vibrant and energetic. Bright straw yellow color, the nose is mineral, fruity (white peach) and floral (acacia). On the palate it is lively and fruity, citrus and floral, balanced.
