Expertly selected for the Australian market by Karina & Simon of Select Scotch whisky in 2024. They ended up with 154 bottles at the natural cask strength of 59.4%.
Simon's tasting notes from the time read: "Incredibly rich fruity nose with wafts of gentle peat smoke of earthy and floral bonfire. The palate has great nutty and leathery qualities with sweet dark fruits, figs and a touch of smoked ham-hock. The finish is long, with a coastal character and oiliness.". We think he's nailed it.
