Grown by the Saturno family in Macclesfield, the wine is hand-harvested, gently whole bunch pressed and cold-settled. It ferments in tanks on fine lees and matures without stirring in stainless steel for six months, emphasizing its varietal character.
The 2022 Bright White offers an enticing aromatic profile with notes of jasmine, chamomile, and lemon rind. The palate presents a refreshing combination of lemongrass, grapefruit and lemon curd, accented by subtle hints of thyme. The wine's mouthfeel is luscious. Mouth-coating acidity provides pleasant grip and drive for the robust yet crisp mid-palate.
