Henri Boillot Bourgogne Rouge 2022
Marsannay, Santenay, Pernand, Monthelie and a touch of real Bourgogne. These are grape contracts, but all harvested by the Henri Boillot team. Summer pudding fruits, a bundle of energy. This is the one wine which is not vinified in barrels – vinification intégrale – but instead it is aged in all the spare barrels from the other crus after they have been vinified in that manner.
