Such a statement from Goisot combining vitality, weight of flesh, signature chalk and salt. Incredible complexity with some darker fruits of paw paw and apricot, dusted with fennel and rhubarb. Immense carry of seaweed, salty, mineral grip. Unbelievable. Puligny Montrachet meets Chablis.
