Sourced from the middle of the Santo Stefano hill in Perno, Monforte d'Alba. Traditional fermentation with emerged cap for 6-7 days, temperature controlled, prior to 6-8 months in concrete to mature. Lifted and fragrant - atypical of the vintage this shows beautiful structure and life.
