The wine-making process uses a traditional-style, floating cap fermentation at a controlled temperature of selected, thinned estate-grown grapes. Unoaked, stabilized in inert tank.
Nose of very ripe cherry, spicy, noble vegetal. The mouthfeel is supple and silky with a nice presence.
