This Grand Cru boasts a deep, ruby red colour and entices the senses with its intense aromas of ripe, dark fruits, and subtle hints of earth and spice. On the palate, it delivers a complex and well-structured profile, with supple tannins and a long, elegant finish. The vintage showcases the expertise and dedication of Nicole Lamarche, making it a truly remarkable addition to any fine wine collection. The Domaine farms a small, 0.3-hectare parcel, which was planted in 1979 just below the climat of Echézeaux du Dessus. There is more structure and power than the standard Echézeaux without any loss to the delicacy and finesse that are always a feature of this producer’s wines.
