Closing the loop. Using waste orange peels from Roastville Coffee Merchants, the good folks at Ester add lemon, mandarin, finger lime and cassia, offering a generous almost satiny soft citrus liqueur, perfect on ice or as an addition to any cocktails calling for extra citrus or liqueur.

We suggest you use this in a classic Margarita, or on the rocks with a wedge of orange.
