Envinate Benje Listan Blanco 2020
The Listan Blanco grape is better known by it's other name used on mainland Spain: Palomino. That's thé Sherry grape. However, this couldn't be further away from that: high acidity with a hint of salinity and olives. This has been on the lees for an extended period, both in cement and neutral oak barrels. From vineyards of over a kilometer in heigth, this is island wine and it's both impressive and exciting!.
