Elizabeth Yard Caroni 1997 24YO Single Cask Rum
A rare bottling from the long-closed Caroni Distillery. The "Elizabeth Yard Single Cask Rum" was produced in Trinidad and was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Elizabeth Yard. It was distilled in 1997 from Molasses and then aged for 24 years. This is a limited release and there are only 188 bottles. The rum smells like spicy, herbal and intense, and the palate shows vanilla, sweet and thin.
