Based in the Les Riceys appellation of southern Champagne, Elise Dechannes has had a career change and moved from the finance sector to that of a thoughtful and dedicated vigneron having taken over the family vineyard in 2006. Working her 5 ha alone with organic and biodynamic principals Elise crafts fantastic wines from the local clone of Pinot Noir that is a little different from most others in France.
100% Pinot Noir - 2018 harvest mono-parcellaire. Vinification and maturation in fut de chene. Zero dosage. Minimum 3 years on lees. 282 bottles produced.
