The 2021 Morey-Saint-Denis Village wafts from the glass with aromas of rose petals, sweet berries and spices, followed by a medium-bodied, supple and lively palate framed by powdery tannins. 61.2% whole bunches retained. A deep bright and even crimson red colour. The bouquet is taking time to emerge. Extra precision, as always this wine seems to have a level of nobility over and above the Gevrey, while the stems add a white pepper freshness.
