Dreissigacker Dry Riesling 2022
The grapes for the Dreissigacker Riesling come from biodynamically cultivated vineyards around Bechtheim and Westhofen. As usual at Dreissigacker, we always attach great importance to gentle processing in the production of our wines. After the selective harvest by hand, the Riesling grapes are transported to the winery as carefully as possible in small standard containers.
The fresh and fruity Riesling goes perfectly with a salmon tartare with fried green asparagus. As a vegetarian option, an Italian mushroom risotto harmonizes with this wine. The creamy risotto together with the slight spiciness of the Dreissigacker Riesling results in a wonderful food pairing.
