Domaine Trapet Riquewihr Gewurztraminer 2022
Coming from the fields of Riquewihr , land of Gewurztraminer, the soils here are marly and well-drained. The vines are 60 years old and are perched at an altitude of 300 metres. Cold exposure (NE). Fermentation is initiated with indigenous yeasts in contact with the must.
The colour is golden, perfectly clear and brilliant. This cuvée offers us a particularly aromatic nose with notes of white flowers, candied citrus fruits and an exotic touch. The whole is very harmonious. A lot of evolution in the glass, a typical and very vinous aromatic, but without exuberance! On the palate, this wine is juicy, particularly fresh and with devastating fruitiness.
