Domaine Trapet Riquewihr Riesling 2020
Raised in a combination of concrete and large format, neutral oak, this is a beautifully dry Alsatian Riesling. Lime leaf, zest, stony minerals and talc lift from the glass, leading to a palate that is poised and linear with a lovely texture and acid line.
