Domaine Thibert Pouilly-Fuisse Heritage 2019
The soil profile is made up of decomposed crystalline subsoil with volcanic sediments (sandstone, rhyolite tuffs, granite, sandstone, shale) and clay-limestone, with clay marl and colluvial limestone deposits. Vinification is in barrels and in stainless steel vats for 10 months, with very a light filtration prior to bottling.
