60% Clairette, 18% Ugni Blanc, 19% Bourboulenc, 3% Marsanne - sourced from an average of 20yo vines planted on clay/limestone. Bandol Blanc represents 5% of the total Bandol appelation production - this is hand picked, destemmed and crushed prior to cold soaking on the skins, fermentation occurs in larger wood, with malolactic preferable, prior to aging of 8 months in Foudre.
